How Does Remote Troubleshooting Work?

You can select and purchase one of our remote troubleshooting packages using the button below. After purchasing, schedule your call at a convenient date and time. My Solar Patrol will then contact you to guide you through basic troubleshooting steps. We aim to diagnose and resolve your system issue remotely if possible, or swiftly dispatch a technician to your location if necessary.

Please ensure you are at home with complete access to all of your solar equipment for remote troubleshooting to be successful. Roof access to installed panels is not required or expected. For safety reasons, customers should never attempt anything they are not comfortable with or that may be unsafe. Please note that all remote troubleshooting sales are final. Missed appointments can be rescheduled but are non-refundable.
